I am 10 minutes late in returning my vehicle, will I be charged an extra day?


No, we offer a 29 minute grace period. If you are due to return your vehicle at 10am and are not at the branch until 10:10am you will not be charged an extra day. If you are 30 minutes or longer late you will be changed an additional fee, however we recommend you contact your return location.
